The Pattern in Life That Binds Us, Is the Architectural Structures for Sin

We all are acquainted with some of the following words in some form or another:

  1. Habit
  2. Compulsions
  3. Weakness
  4. Addiction
  5. Style
  6. Way
  7. Tendency
  8. Tradition
  9. Routine
  10. Practice

Has anyone been apart of or seen these words in action in your life or others? In times past, all of us have tried to understand or maybe explain away individuals who we know or have met in our lives. Due to the way their lifestyles were irrational or seemed to be repugnant (extremely distasteful and unacceptable) that appear in ways to be unstable and unfounded.

If you can understand this, sin is a learned behavior and has an architectural pattern. The list above will gradually lead you into bandages know as sins. Sin is an immoral act against the divine law the of the only true living God of the Bible. Once sin has invaded the mind, it encapsulate the whole body. In other words, sin just doesn’t stay in your mind it causes all parts of you body to desire a sinful nature at all times. Once sin has invaded you whole body, your soul which is the real you will start to be contaminated, thereby causing you to be separated from the Creator, the only wise, loving true God [Yahweh] over any other gods. Sin always starts out as a small, little, insignificant event and if it is not controlled and you fail to understand how major of a event that little event is, to ignore or brush it aside will have great significance later on in your life.

Know this, that patterns need to be fed and require complete compliance and adherence to it’s architectural structure. That why drugs aren’t addictive, but rather it’s the adherence to the pattern with help from emotions and expectation of gratification that is the addiction. So if you see yourself falling into a pattern over something or someone, you really need to pause a moment, observe and evaluate your actions, then drop to your knees and begin to pray.

Let’s see what the Bible has to say about this:

Read Ephesians 5:1-33

Also in the book of Proverbs 16:27-30

27 An ungodly man diggeth up evil:
and in his lips there is as a burning fire.
28 A froward man soweth strife:
and a whisperer separateth chief friends.
29 A violent man enticeth his neighbour,
and leadeth him into the way that is not good.
30 He shutteth his eyes to devise froward things:
moving his lips he bringeth evil to pass.

1 John 2:15-18

15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

The Changes in the Weather of Your Life Always Let You Know the Season You’re In

Has there ever been a time in your life where things and this world seemed so clear and you understood the way things were and you knew what was wrong in the world? Even in relationships with family and so called friends, and even at that moment you knew what it took to fix whatever situations or problems that were going on in life and you. Have you ever been in a storm, and while in that storm you saw little glimmers of hope provided
you took the steps that you saw, whether in a dream or vision?

I had a restless dream one night in which I saw signs of a great storm heading towards the house I was in. In this storm was a big tornado that was heading straight for the side of the house. Meanwhile, the house was being split in two by the storm even before that big tornado had arrived. On one half of the house was a young women who appeared out of no where, who was hiding under a table, beckoning me to come over to her side of the house and shelter under the table. I told her, “no,” and that she need to come over to my side and hide from the tornado, and she said no. Seeing that she wasn’t going to move I said I’d better go and get her because she don’t get it; she didn’t know she was about to get wiped out. So I went over to get this child because she don’t know better, and I reached her just in time. As I got a hold of her, I turned to go back to my side of the house and the tornado struck that side I had been on and leveled the whole house, and there was nothing left. So if I had not tried to help her, I would have been destroyed. The Lord was trying to tell me that the house was going to be divided but I would not be touched and that that storm would pass.

Matthew 16:1-4 says: 1 The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven. 2 He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will
be fair weather: for the sky is red. 3 And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times? 4 A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed. In this day and age people want a sign but can’t even understand the word of God cause what getting ready to happen the world now is in the word of God but if you don’t understand that then the end will come upon you like a thief in the night unaware.

Luke 12:40-56 says: 40 Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not. 41 Then Peter said unto him, Lord, speakest thou this parable unto us, or even to all? 42 And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season? 43 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. 44 Of a truth I say unto you, that he will make him ruler over all that he hath. 45 But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken; 46 The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. 47 And that servant, which knew his lord’s will, and prepared not himself,
neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. 48 But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. 49 I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled? 50 But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished! 51 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division: 52 For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three. 53 The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. 54 And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is. 55 And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass. 56 Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?

In my conclusion, I’ll leave you the words of 2 Timothy 4:1-4:
1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; 2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to
themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Also read Hebrews 12:1-9: 1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, 2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be
wearied and faint in your minds. 4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin. 5 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: 6 For
whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. 7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? 8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. 9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us,
and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?

In the Story of Your Life, Can It Be Seen in How You Walk and Talk?

All of us have a story, and all of us have a walk of a sort, and we all talk. Sometimes we talk too much. Has your life left a trail in times pass, or made a mark in history that you can be proud of or shameful of? Have the words that you have spoke along your walk hurt or caused others to hate someone or even killed anybody? Is your past following you? Can you be trusted by others? Does your walk tell the real truth about the real you or is it a figment of an imagination? Are you hiding the real you from others and yourself? When people see you, are they looking at the perception that you are perpetrating to family and friends, even the world? Has your life changed? Can your story now match your walk and your talk?

So people live by the past events in their life no matter how bad it was, wearing it as though it were a badge of honor, to keep others at bay, in some cases fearing what it might lead to, thinking it might bring too much emotional heartbreak or worse. Sometimes since our walk doesn’t match our story, we will try to protect our identity with lies and false representations to keep others from knowing the real truth of how and
what we are. When you come to Jesus, He will tear down those walls in you so you can see the real you. Then the healing can start so that you can be free.

Acts 9:1-42 reads:

1 And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest, 2 And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem. 3 And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: 4 And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? 5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. 6 And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do. 7 And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man. 8 And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man: but they led him by the
hand, and brought him into Damascus. 9 And he was three days without sight, and neither did eat nor drink.10 And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord. 11 And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of
Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth, 12 And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him, that he might receive his sight. 13 Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem: 14 And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name. 15 But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel: 16 For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake. 17 And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even
Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost. 18 And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized. 19 And when he had received meat, he was strengthened. Then was Saul certain days with the disciples which were at Damascus. 20 And straightway he preached Christ in the synagogues, that he is the Son of God. 21 But all that heard him were amazed, and said; Is not this he that destroyed them which called on this name in Jerusalem, and came hither for that intent, that he might bring them bound unto the chief priests? 22 But Saul increased the more in strength, and confounded the Jews which dwelt at Damascus, proving that this is very Christ. 23 And after that many days were fulfilled, the Jews took counsel to kill him: 24 But their laying await was known of Saul. And they watched the gates day and night to kill him. 25 Then the disciples took him by night, and let him down by the wall in a basket. 26 And when Saul was
come to Jerusalem, he assayed to join himself to the disciples: but they were all afraid of him, and believed not that he was a disciple. 27 But Barnabas took him, and brought him to the apostles, and declared unto them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus. 28 And he was with them coming in and going out at Jerusalem. 29 And he spake boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus, and disputed against the Grecians: but they went about to slay him. 30 Which when the brethren knew, they brought him down to Caesarea, and sent him forth to Tarsus. 31 Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified;
and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied. 32 And it came to pass, as Peter passed throughout all quarters, he came down also to the saints which dwelt at Lydda. 33 And there he found a certain man named AEneas, which had kept his bed eight years, and was sick of the palsy. 34 And Peter said unto him, AEneas, Jesus
Christ maketh thee whole: arise, and make thy bed. And he arose mmediately. 35 And all that dwelt at Lydda and Saron saw him, and turned to the Lord. 36 Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did. 37 And it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died: whom when they had washed, they laid her in an upper chamber. 38 And forasmuch as Lydda was nigh to Joppa, and the disciples had heard that Peter was there, they sent unto him two men, desiring him that he would not delay to come to them. 39 Then Peter arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and shewing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them. 40 But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when he saw Peter, she sat up. 41 And he gave her his hand, and lifted her up, and when he had
called the saints and widows, presented her alive. 42 And it was known throughout all Joppa; and many believed in the Lord. When the lord want to use you ,he will straighten you up clean you up and turn you aroundSo that he can use you for his purpose.

In my conclusion turn to the words of Proverbs 22:1-10:

1 A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches,
and loving favour rather than silver and gold.
2 The rich and poor meet together:
the LORD is the maker of them all.
3 A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself:
but the simple pass on, and are punished.
4 By humility and the fear of the LORD
are riches, and honour, and life.
5 Thorns and snares are in the way of the froward:
he that doth keep his soul shall be far from them.
6 Train up a child in the way he should go:
and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
7 The rich ruleth over the poor,
and the borrower is servant to the lender.
8 He that soweth iniquity shall reap vanity:
and the rod of his anger shall fail.
9 He that hath a bountiful eye shall be blessed;
for he giveth of his bread to the poor.
10 Cast out the scorner, and contention shall go out;
yea, strife and reproach shall cease.

While in a Storm, What Side of the Storm Are You On

When was the last time you were in a storm that was filled with pain and your mind had no focus? A time when confusion had a better grip on you then you had on yourself. Some of us don’t even realize when we are in a storm and to what degree. For there are different types of storms and different intensities of storms. 2 Corinthians 4:8-12 says: 8 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 9 Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; 10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. 11 For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. 12 So then death worketh in us, but life in you.

There are 4 types of storms that can occur in life that people and children are dealing with on a regular basis.

  1. The Soft Storm: this where small things such as negative words and situational events start to accumulate.
  2. The Nagging Intensity Storm: arguments arrive and miss spoken words are said.
  3. The Tempest Storm: verbal aggression and sometimes a fisticuffs.
  4. The Super-storm: fighting, shooting, stabbings, even leading to death physically and spiritually.

In most storms in our lives, we tend to ignore signs of the storm brewing, to the point where we shrug it off as though it didn’t matter. With words like, “it didn’t bother me,” or “it was a small thing,” or “things like that don’t even phase me,” we ignore the sings. These words or phrases of denial will sometimes come back to haunt you. Meanwhile, the soft storm is slowly building, and if it goes unchecked to long, it will lead to a tempest. But while its building, things in your life are slowly breaking down, and through it all, it’s begun to effect your natural health and your soul.

You become vexed and bound, and after that stress, anxiety, anger, and depression comes, all the symptoms of self-destruction set in. But before the Child God gets that far, he or she will start having dreams, which I refer to as warning, active dreams. Most of the time when a Child of the living God has a dream, the Lord is trying to get them to quickly stop moving and listen. Doing so will restore your life.

James 4:1-8 reads, 1 From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? 2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. 3 Ye ask, and receive not,
because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. 4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. 5 Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy? 6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. 7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

In my conclusion, Isaiah said in chapter 26:3-5, 3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. 4 Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength: 5 For he bringeth down them that dwell on high;
the lofty city, he layeth it low; he layeth it low, even to the ground;
he bringeth it even to the dust.

In Jesus name, Amen.

How Much Faith Do You Have Left, After Spending It on Yourself and Man?

Do you at times feel that you have put too much time and energy into people, places or things in your life? Those things or people succeed in draining you, so much so that as soon as you try to recover, something else comes along and the draining starts all over again. Or maybe you put your trust in someone, and they didn’t live up to their word or your expectations. It might be a job which took you for granted. Just think of how this was all due to you putting your faith in people or things. We should all know that in this world today, and it’s sad to say, but putting your hope and faith in people or things leaves you with pain and disappointment toward people and even yourself. It even sometimes leads to internal scaring, and disenchantment with your fellow human being and possibly with your own life.

Psalms 146:3 says, “Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.” We are always trying to have things that we shouldn’t have. We ask the Lord for it and we don’t look for God to bless us with what He knows is for the best. Even Christians in the Bible have done the same thing. Take a look at James 4:1-10, “1 From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? 2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. 3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. 4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. 5 Do ye think that the scripture saith
in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy? 6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto
the humble. 7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. 9 Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. 10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.”

The Bible also says to lean not to your own understanding. Most of the problems we experience in life are due to us trying to lead ourselves. I call it self inflicted wounding, in which you try to put the blame on someone else, in an effort to make yourself feel a false sense of control of your life. As the children of the Lord Jesus Christ, we must live in the world, but let the world see us as the model of the way Christ wants us to live in this cruel world. You are the light of this world when you have the Holy Ghost inside of you.

1 John 2:15-18 says, “15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. 18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.”

I’ll also leave with with these last two scriptures:

1 John 5:13-15
13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that yemay know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. 14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have
the petitions that we desired of him.

Romans 15:13
13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

It is So in Jesus name!
