Is What Men Say Better Than What God Says?

As we began to live our lives in the year 2019, a lot of things are being uncovered and revealed. The truth can no longer be hidden. The life changing reality about ourselves is becoming real to us each day in a season of time, like a movie coming to a crescendo in an orchestra of life, being played out on this world-stage. Sometimes you hear people say, “my life is going before my eyes.” Later came sooner than what you thought. A lot of times we get caught up in a situation in life. For me I had a career that was more important. You don’t need anything but your career right? Wrong.

Truly these are the last days, when you see men, women and even children boldly proclaiming a so called liberty. Some of us don’t understand what liberty is and we take it for granted. We always quote the scripture “whom the the Lord sets free, is free indeed.” That isn’t free to attack someone, or steal. You are free in your mind, because we have been bound in our hearts and minds for years. Who told you you’d have to work for 8 hours? We know at the end of 8 hours we get paid, because someone has instructed you to work. Have you ever thought about who told you to do the things you do? We proclaim “no one tells me what to do!” Yet we still do it. Is it us or someone else who showed us about doing it? Many things that come to our hearts and minds are not from us really. Its from our lifestyle and surroundings, being dictated to everyday of our lives. How do you know to drive on the right side of the road? Some things become a blunt truth to you. You do things that won’t interfere with someone else. But there is no one telling you who to love, right? We choose to do what we do.

One of the first and true signs of a society that is beginning to decline is when those in that society loose their sense of identity and true purpose of existence. You become a statistic. Do you know why you exist? Have you ever thought about it? What does it mean to you? When you have a society that allows young men and women to run the street like ravenous wolves mating with the first thing they see whether male or female and sometime animals, and some of the older generation are afraid to say anything or are so busy, caught up in their own types of sin that they don’t take the time to do something about it, until it directly impacts them… We all have a certain routine in our lives don’t we? If we step out of routine, we forget what we’re suppose to do. To some of us sin has become a routine because we do it so much and so often that we don’t think about, as it has become a part of who we are. When society dictates to us that its ok to have a sin nature and we follow after it, where are we? When you see young guys getting young girls pregnant, and Dad’s are telling their son that its ok, what sort of society do we belong to that we don’t respect one another? When you are in a state of mind that its ok to hurt someone, where are the parents who care? Society doesn’t care where your children are, what you think about your family, or that your son or daughter are on the street at 2 and 3 o’clock in the morning; the hours that Satan likes to be busy.

Parents are caught up in their busy lives and don’t have “time” to tell the truth and disciple their kids concerning the truth. Mom’s out trying to find a boyfriend, and the daughter’s out trying to find any man, and the son is out there impregnating any woman. If that situation isn’t taking place, control is where someone is trying to get someone to do something that they want carried out for themselves.

1) This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2) For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3) Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4) Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5) Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 6) For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 7) Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

2 Timothy 3:1-7

Even in the House of God some of us are more concerned about what others say about us then what Jesus might say about us. Does what the world say weigh heavily on how you conduct your life in this world? Does what your so call friends say mean more then what Christ or Yahweh says? Does what your family say cause you to second guess your walk? How about your boss or maybe even your peers? Do you seek approval from the society or even the world? Do you seek validation from someone in order to feel confident? Are you afraid to be left outside in the rain of life while everyone else goes in? Is fear a big part of what you do? The fear of not being accepted, understood, received, or loved? Are you despondent of telling or standing up for the truth? What does standing up for the truth mean to you? Are you concerned someone may not like you anymore? Some of us see the problem in our lives, but we’re afraid to stand up and say “I know!” Who is your worse enemy? Yourself. If you are your own worst enemy, its you who accepts what people say about you, who stands up for the truth, and who is not ashamed of the Gospel of truth, because its unto salvation. The Lord says is there one? Is there one who will stand up for the truth? Who loves Him enough not to give up on Him, and not to surrender to anything else?

When you’re caught up in that whirlwind of a mess, its hard to take your feet and step out of it because its sucking you back in the moment you come out of it. What do you do? The Word of God tells us choose ye this day whom you will serve. Will it be God or this world? What will it be? The choice is yours. We still have the ability to choose what destiny we want in our lives. When you go to either heaven or hell, you can’t say to Christ that you never had a chance. When you stand before Him, you can’t bring up that thing that caused you to sin, because He said He’d never give you anymore than you could bear without giving you a way of escape. In other words, you had an opportunity to get out of the mess but you decided to stay in it because you were afraid of what people might say. You’ve been in sin so long, that you don’t know how to get out of it. Don’t allow someone else mess to become yours. They always want to drag you into their lives, one way or another. We have so many things we’re dealing with that we don’t need any others. Are you tired of being in the rain?

37) But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him: 38) That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed? 39) Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again, 40) He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them. 41) These things said Esaias, when he saw his glory, and spake of him. 42) Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue: 43) For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God.

John 12:37-43

It may seem hard at times to confront our reality about who we are, but the only way healing can take place in you is to face yourself straight on and forgive yourself and begin to walk in the truth.

Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.
The last scripture I want to leave you with is:

2 Timothy 2:3-5

When you are in the House of God, you are being taught how to survive this world, if you want to survive it. Its up to you. Teaching and training you through the Word of God and the wisdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. He prophecies before we go into things and tells us whats going to happen. We have a problem with entangling ourselves in the affairs of this life.

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

Timothy 4:3-5

How many want to grow? Everyone right? Are you tired of being stagnant? Where does stagnancy come from? You procrastinating your destiny. I can’t make anybody grown. Now if you’re a plant, I could give you good spring water, peatmoss and fertilizer. But you aren’t a plant, but a Child of God, and the only thing I can give you is the Word of God. The Word of God will grow you up if you allow it by the renewing of your mind, you’ll be transformed. The way you use to be, you won’t be anymore.

Not All Tracks Lead You Home

Have you ever seen animal tracks on the ground and wondered what type of creature or creatures made them? As you begin to look at the tracks a little closer you notice how many toes each foot print had. As you notice how one set of tracks goes off in one direction and others in another and disappear in the distance, you can’t help but wonder where they were headed. We might even put a little scenario together depicting what may have taken place were all the tracks that went off in the distance could be head to. Maybe they were headed home.

I can’t help but think about our own lives in our walk in Christ. If someone was to look at our tracks on the ground, would they be able to tell what had happen to us or even surmise what type of situation we could been in or tell what we were going through? Some of us have so many tracks in our lives, many of which go in circles and others head back and forth on the same tracks or path, disappearing in the distance, never to be seen again. Even others mixing with even more tracks, ending up blending in multiples of other tracks. In some cases the tracks go off in a direction then stop and never move again. There is famous Christian work of art called “Foot Prints in the Sand,” depicting scenes two sets of tracks headed in the same direction then all of a sudden, there are only one set of tracks. It depicts you and Christ walking together, but later there are only one set of tracks. What does that mean? Christ is picking you up and carrying you the rest of your walk. As we look at our individual Christian walk and lifestyles or steps, are they even head home? Or are they head to an unknown destination of our own choosing? One needs to ask oneself if their tracks are headed home? Maybe you don’t know where home is, or maybe you’ve lost your direction, because you do know that not all tracks lead to home.

Do you remember the story of Hansel and Grettle? The trail of bred crumbs were left to lure the brother and sister to a trap disguised as a Ginger Bread House, decked with other goodies and edibles. Isn’t that indicative of what we do? We see little crumbs in our lives, leading us to a path we shouldn’t go to. When we get there, its so tempting we want to at least try it out. That is what Satan does to us all the time. He leaves a bread crumb trail all the way up to a sin we’re familiar with, which does not lead to the road of salvation or home, but to a destination of sin. We pick it up one piece at a time, and when we get to that point where that sin is right in front of us, we don’t see it as sin. Not all tracks lead home.

There was a song by Commissioned called “When Love Calls You Home,” and the chorus went like this:

For when love calls you home
Forgiveness embrasses a past you once owned
And all the mistakes that carried your name are gone
‘Cause that’s what happens when love calls you home

When Love Calls You Home – Chorus | Commissioned

Do these lyrics have a significance in your life? It did in mine when I found out that my home is not here on this Earth, but in Heaven. The Lord died on the cross for me that I wouldn’t have to worry about not making it home. When love calls you home, those are the tracks; the things that you’ve done; those are the things that are forgiven you.

We need to understand that not all tracks that we see in our lives lead us home. Sometimes we get confused on our walk/journey; maybe we can take shortcuts. By pass all “this” to get “there” quicker. But all of “this” is what we needed to get “there.” I don’t want to go to so and so because I don’t like it. But you don’t realize that you need so and so to get to your next stage in your walk. We have that kind of mentality in us that we reject the path that lead us in a direction that we are caught in a loop of infinity. Repeating the same sin, meeting the same people. Everything is not conducive in our walk to get where we need to get to. Its too late to experiment. God has a purpose for us and direction we need to go in. He’s calling us home. He’s not calling us to a party, He’s calling us home. How can we go home if we’re getting confused with some tracks? There are some tracks that go way out there.

If you don’t remember anything else I’ve talked about know this: you cannot do this alone. You can’t. Your walk is indicative of you, but God has placed helpers along your walk to bring you to your senses, in your walk. They may say things that you don’t like. Maybe there is a part of your life that needs to be corrected. They may say things and do things that will call you back to your knees in prayer. That person may be in your life to make you get on your knees. The Lord is trying to direct us home, and we keep trying to take the alleys and wrong directions and the Lord is saying what the Psalmist said:

23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way. 24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the Lord upholdeth him with his hand.25 I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.

Psalm 37:23-25

Why not? Because the Lord is our helper; provider; our supporter; our righteousness. The Lord is with us in every time, anytime of our need; there for us at any place in our life; He’s there. So our steps are ordered by Him. Its us who get disordered. We want to do what we want to do. We’re sassy sometimes to the Lord aren’t we? He says He wants us to do something, and then we pretend like we didn’t hear Him. The Lord sometimes takes us through hard times and places in our lives that we don’t understand because we say “We’re children of God! Why do we have to go through slings and arrows?” Maybe because we haven’t gotten it yet. Sometimes we don’t see the tracks that God wants us to see because were too busy making our own. Or sometimes we try to step into other peoples tracks. We try to interfere with other peoples walk or follow the tracks of others. But God has another destination for them, so why are we trying to walk in their tracks?! So this is the reason why most Saints don’t operate in what they operate and where they should be because they are trying to follow someone else tracks. God didn’t make you to be someone else mold. He doesn’t want you to go following them, because your tracks are not going to lead where their’s lead. You have to go all the way back to where you started, when you’ve followed someone elses tracks and found that at the end you don’t like what you get.

How many people are plowing the same field that has been plowed over and over again— walking in the same tracks? We can’t do as the old folks back then. Why? Because in their time they were doing things concerning that time. We are in our time and we’ll experience according to our time. We want to live according to what someone else has done who made it through. We think that if we walk their path, we’ll make it through. No! God has a purpose for each and every one of us. He doesn’t need clones. There is a uniqueness about each of us, which needs to come forth so God can use you in an area. God chose you so you can reach certain individuals that others can’t.

People are watching your tracks in your walk. They’re watching how you go through this or that. They knew who you were, and who you are now. You won’t have to convince them. When you speak a word they will already be convinced, and you’ll save a soul. We have to be about what our walk is. Not someone elses walk or talk, but be what God has made us to be, and we better be good at what we do. God doesn’t have unskilled people in His Kingdom. If it doesn’t fit you, don’t be concerned about it. You have a purpose, and one of your responsibilities is to do your purpose the best way you can. Its the same with all of us. God is watching you and trying to bring you to another place. He’s the one who sits there and scrutinizes you in your walk. He’s watching.

12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.13 Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful; and the end of that mirth is heaviness.14 The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways: and a good man shall be satisfied from himself.15 The simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going.16 A wise man feareth, and departeth from evil: but the fool rageth, and is confident.17 He that is soon angry dealeth foolishly: and a man of wicked devices is hated.

Proverbs 14:12-17

The Word of God is the answer to everything in your tracks. What do your tracks look like? Can I really understand what a person is going through by their tracks? To a certain degree. You may not know mentally, but by their walk it delivers fruit, because people are known by the fruits that they bear. We know that an apple tree produces what? So a peach tree grows what? An orange tree grows what? The reason why I’m saying this is that you expect a tree to bear the right fruit. So if you are a Child of God, you should be able to exhibit the Fruit of the Spirit. You shouldn’t be going through turmoil where every time someone see you, you look miserable. This is the problem that most Saints are dealing with; they don’t know who they are. When you confront them, they say they are a Christian. Who died for you on the cross? People try to get you confused. Is it God or Jesus? God was on the inside of Jesus, and Jesus is on the inside of us via the Holy Ghost. The same which was in Him is in you, and greater is He that is within you than he in the world.

Shew me thy ways, O Lord; teach me thy paths.Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.Remember, O Lord, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old.Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness’ sake, O Lord.

Psam 25:4-7

Teach me thy paths! Those are tracks. We’re being taught the path. If you’re being taught, who is this Word good for? Everyone who would hear. You can’t make a person hear the truth. But you can live the truth around them, so that when you do, they’ll say, I know you, you can’t do that of your own, so they’ll give glory to God. This should be our testimony before God. Lord remember me, but don’t remember my youth because I was jacked up and acted as a child. You need to write these words down on the tablet of your heart, in your Bible, or on your cell phone. Put it down so that when you’re going through you won’t give up; so you’ll remember one particular thing: you’re not alone. Don’t ever think at anytime that you are alone. The Lord never meant us to go about doing this alone. We are helpers one to another. If you’re going through, you have sisters and brothers to call on. You are your own worst enemy.

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil.

Proverbs 3:5-7

Tick, Tock, You’re Time is Running Out

In this day of so many choices, people tend to want to do their own thing. It seem as though there is no sense of morality in their decision making process nor in their lifestyle, and that also includes the Church. It is as though this generation has slipped back into the 1960’s adopting the mindset of “do what you want to do and with whom you want to do it to.” People always say that the times always repeat themselves. I understand that but what I really believe is this: the Bible sort of has that same frame of thought but in a more detailed understanding.

But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark…

Matthew 24:37-38

Lets take a look at a list of things that man is doing today and compare them with what the Word of God says.

The World

In the world hate has spread so much and there has been no remorse for the hate that people have for one another in society today.

Love

There is a false understanding of love, and what it means to be loved. People have taken “in love” to be “love.” For many people “love” means to do for me and me along. Love carries a type of attitude where it has become very selfish. People have allowed love to become a tool to be used as a selfish nature; to hurt people to get over on them. Whereas in the Word of God, love “beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth:” 1 Corinthians 13:7-8

Faith

How about faith in the world today or should I say a lack of? The Church is known as people of faith and our whole walk in life and ministry is to be a walk by faith and not by sight, because the Word of God says we can do all things through Him. We need to represent what a walk of faith is. However, we don’t. Not realizing that faith is a principle of counting on what Jesus’ Word says, and believing in that Word. The world teaches to believe in oneself. The mindset is you can do anything yourself; just believe you. You can do it. Not believing what God say, to believe in Him and with Him, all things are possible through Him. We don’t believe this. They take up the motto that “you can do it.” You can’t do anything without Christ because you will fail. Its not by might nor by power, but by His spirit. You can’t do it because you don’t have it. You don’t even know what will happen to you in the next 2 seconds. So you have to put your faith and hope in Christ and it won’t fail.

Humility

The world feels you need to get over on your fellowman. Its not about helping them out but their thought process is “what can I get or gain from them?” In other words, I’ll teach other people to be humble so when I come to them I can get something out of them. The Bible says that we need to be humble. Don’t always want to hear your name mentioned in something that is going great; don’t always want to be on top. You can’t have this type of mind. You must be humble. The Lord will exalt you in due season. Don’t always want to be the one on top. If you see someone who needs to be encouraged, be humble enough to sit back and encourage them. Don’t compare yourself with someone else who is getting praise. Why do you feel that you need to be praised? When you feel this, you need to reexamine yourself; your purpose in the Lord. The Bible never said that this walk would be joyous and you’ll have all the praise of people around you. Its a hard walk that requires faith, where you put all your trust in God. We who are the people of God must be mindful of our humility. Because its about helping others, and looking upon others, to help encourage them, whether you receive praise or not.

Intimacy

What about Intimacy between a man and a woman these days? In the world these days they don’t have it like that. They talk about short term relationships. The world uses the slang “hit and run” or “one night stand” or “short term relationship.” They encourage young people to “try it before you buy it.” In other words, live with a person first without marrying them. That makes no sense. That is just like a car dealer. You ask the dealer to try the car for a while, before consider buying it. He’ll look at you crazily and say “no you must buy it and then use it.” The Church is adopting the same mentality. People want to live with one another before they commit to one another. People say “the Lord knows our heart and knows I want to be with her.” But if He knows that, why do you want to try out the product before you commit to it? The worldly type of mentality concerning that has slipped into the House of God. Men sometimes say, in a relationship like this that if the girl gets pregnant, then he’ll marry her. Is that usually the case? You’ve just given him an option. If you get pregnant I’m gone, and if you don’t I’ll stay there and play in the field for a while. There is no commitment to anything in the world today. Some women are upset with how men have taken advantage of them in this way, that they seek inordinate affections of the same sex, and take advantage of the woman, just as the man took advantage of them. That mindset has become rampant in the world, in so much as our government has passed laws for same sex marriage. All this produces is self-gratification and has nothing to do with a healthy relationship, as a man cannot produce life with another man, nor a woman with a woman.

Pride

What of Pride in the world? In the Church, people take pride of what they own, and also their status in the world. Whether they have money or not own a business or not, or are seen as a leader in society, they take pride in all of that. That is just in the Church alone. In the world, money and riches are their pride. It use to be that people wanted to be a millionaire, but now people want to be billionaires. They want to have things they desire and go where they desire. They want to live as kings in palaces so they can walk about with pride. They live in a state of perpetual self-gratification to make them feel good about themselves, because “I am somebody.” They want power to control others lives. This is what pride has brought them.

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

2 Timothy 3:1-7

There are a lot of people in the Church and the world who are ever learning about the Bible, but never understanding the truth of what the Bible says. Their heart doesn’t want to live concerning what the Bible says, rather live to do what they want to do, yet they want to use the Bible to condemn someone else! People in the world today know about the Word of God, and if they don’t, they know the 10 commandments. If you understand the 10 commandments, then you’re already guilty of what the Bible says if you aren’t living by it.

Its imperative that we do what the Word of God says. Women are going after woman, men after men, and even children after children for the purpose of lust of the flesh. Let us not forget what God has brought us to. All of the things that God has said are going to happen in the last days. The clock is tick, tocking away, and God is waiting for you to make the decision to live totally for Christ or live in the world. He said He’d rather us to be hot or cold but not lukewarm. Lukewarm Christians are trying to live in the Church and the world. Having a form of godliness but denying the power they are suppose to be serving. The world is looking to the Church for an answer, yet they can’t get it because the Church is standing beside the world, doing the same things as the world! So we need to be very careful of how we are perceived of the world and others. The Bible says don’t let your good be evil spoken of. If you want to live in the world, live totally in the world. Don’t try to put one foot in the world and the other in the Church. If you are doing sin in the world, then you’re in the world in the first place, whether you are in the House of God or not.

How long halt you between two opinions? Do you serve God or the world? He won’t look at you as being in the middle, He will put you to one side or the other. If He doesn’t see the move of God and Holy Ghost in you you’ll be in the world anyhow. If you aren’t living concerning the Word, then you are in the world. There is no commonality. You’re either in the world or you’re in the Church. Christ will not die on the cross again for your confusion. You need to make a decision, here and now. Will you live for Christ or the world? The world may include your lifestyle; what you do to satisfy yourself. Is that satisfying God or you alone? It makes you feel good because you can’t see God, and because you can’t see Him, you think its alright. You see the situation better and you like doing it. The Bible says blessed is he who has not seen and believed.

Bear in mind only what you do for Christ will last. What you do for the world will last as long as the world looks at you and places pride and joy on you. When that is gone, you’re gone. You can see leaders in history, who started out in greatness. When they fell once, their name through the annals of history was marked with shame from the same people who gave them fame! You have to realize that you have to give an account of all that you say, promise and do in this world. Every word uttered from our mouths is being recorded. Since you know and understand, why not walk upright before God, doing what is right, not listening to fables of men and their uneducated knowledge concerning the Word of God? Sure people read the Bible, but not with an understanding that only comes from God. So we ask you to bear in mind of what the Word of God has said. Today is the day of change. The moment you hear His voice, obey, and harden not your heart as in the day of evil.

Let’s Get Deeper in Jesus’ Will for Our Lives

Lets get deeper. Sometimes we go surface. Deep mean you go into the root of the whole thing. Why are you here? When you understand God’s heart, and the fact that He saw your ending before your beginning, and He knew you before you made it here on Earth. For Him to understand and know you, its a special thing. He knows your quarks, He know how your soul was before it came here. You were up in Heaven before you came here to Earth, because you were conceived in Heaven. That is why you should be longing to go home to Heaven.

Have you ever had something happen in your life where you didn’t understand what was going on around you? Have you ever had clarity in your life at one point where you say “wow, I’m here.” Have you ever had an epiphany? It goes beyond that. You’ll have the, I-know-who-I-am moment. I knew who I was and where I was, not location wise, but where I was in my walk. You’ve heard the term crystal clear, yes? Even the word crystal means a solid material whose constituents are arranged in a highly order microscopic structure. Why is that so important? Can you look through walls or ceilings? But if every molecule was operating at the same frequency, then you could look straight through it. When you understand what Christ means to you and you understand what He did for you to get you where you are today, then it should be crystal clear that He loves you, needs you, and that you have a purpose. Because of that fact, where are you now?

People always say they see you, and know all about you, but in reality they don’t. The only one who knows you for who you really are is Christ. If he knows about you and says He loves you, why do you question when He says something to you? He already knows what the response is before you say it. Lets get deeper than that. When you woke up yesterday, He already knew what your plans were for that day. He knew what kind of mindset you’d have while doing it. He knew what your heart was going to think—-every vibration of movement in you—-He knew what would take place. We never can perceive the move of God in our lives, because if we can’t see it, touch it, taste it or smell it, then its not what it is.

I see thing happening in people’s lives; sometimes I see things that I don’t want to see. But when the Lord gives me leave, then I speak about it. I walked into a room where a demon was on a person, but I didn’t call it out. The demon knew I knew it, and everyone around had hatred, anger, selfishness, and that demon was at home. Because demons thrive in confusion. They can’t thrive in structure; they must get out. So it dwells in confusion and mess.

Christ came that we would have life more abundantly. He came that we would be free and delivered from us. Satan has no realm or dominion over you because you’re a Child of God. God came to set the captives—those ruled and captivated by Satan—free. Resist, and he will flee. What is resist mean? To hold back. To let go of that temptation. You know when you’re right in the middle of arguing with someone, and you have one word that will resolve the situation, but really makes it worse. That kind word, leave out of your head, and that harsh word comes. Satan want to tick you off to get you to stumble, and he usually does it before those who are Christians. The Lord is able to determine and interpret the very intents of people’s hearts. People may put on a show before others, but He knows the heart. If you have a deeper relationship with Christ, you wouldn’t be acting crazy like you are today. Most of the time, people tend to follow after the crowd, but not after Christ. The Lord is trying to teach us one thing: to get deeper in Him. Because if we understand Him, then we understand where we are.

Has anyone ever asked you a question, and because you didn’t care for them, know them or like them, to get them out of your space, you pretend as though you agree with them? Sometimes we give people response to something out of fear because we’re afraid that they won’t do what we’ve asked them to do or be where we want them to be. You don’t understand a word they speak, but you’re afraid of their reaction. It takes a lot of self control and disciple to give a person the truth in every case when its put upon you, instead of dancing around the truth. How can you go deeper in Christ when you’re still living a surface life, and still walking a surface walk? Well what’s a deep walk? When your meditation with God is not about you but about Him. Everyone here, including me always go to God and ask Him something to benefit us. But do we ever go to Him and ask how He’s doing, what His heart is? Philippians 4:19 says “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Why do we ask God for stuff? He already knows what you need. If you go through things, you don’t think He knows. When we ask for things, sometimes we ask for the wrong things.

Deeper understanding of who God is and what we need to do to get a better relationship. It takes a heck of a relationship to walk up to bones in a grave and say live and the bones get up. It takes a heck of a relationship that Elijah being dead, when a dead person was thrown on him, that the person lived. Elijah had holiness to the bone, that even his bones emanate the glory of God. Why? Because he had a deeper relationship with Christ. Back then it was the Spirit of God, not the Holy Ghost, that dwelt with men. Christ is a relational type individual. The last thing He did when He left out was he had a relationship with 12 men and 2 women. What does that tell you? He wants a relationship with you. More than just a man wants a relationship with you, who can love you mentally or physically, Jesus can love you to your soul. He wants a relationship with you that you two can talk.

Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;

Colossians 3:9

When you’re in the world, your mindset has a deed behind it. When someone gets on your nerve, or pushed that last button of your emotions, how do you react? Unkindly? How deep is Christ in you? Are you willing to hear the truth from someone?

10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

Colossians 3:10

It is critical that people be honest with themselves and with others because it is written that there is nothing that is hid that shall not be made known, as in the case of the woman at the well:

And he must needs go through Samaria. Then cometh he to a city of Samaria, which is called Sychar, near to the parcel of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph.

John 4:4-5

What is Samaria? Its a piece of land in central Canna, the capital of the 10 tribes that revolted against David. These tribes contain two tribes of Israel, Ephraim and Manasseh, which contained a mixed group of ethnic people. The Jews had no dealings with the Samaritans because they were mixed with all manour of foreigners. The Jews were told not to deal with the Samaritans because of this fact, though the Samaritans believed in God.

Now Jacob’s well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied with his journey, sat thus on the well: and it was about the sixth hour. There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink. (For his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat.) Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans. 10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. 11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?

John 4:6-11

She began to describe a situation in her own life. You have nothing to get the water with and the well is deep…”I’m so caught up in the mess that I’m in and I don’t know how to get out! I’m so worn out and tired in my life.” The thing that she wanted was to dip down, and get the water. The thing that could help was sitting right in front of her that could get that mess out of her life. Christ was telling her that He could give her living water. She was looking physically that there was nothing for her to get the water out of the well.

12 Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle? 13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: 14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. 15 The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.

John 4:12-15

She was still on the outward expression, He was answering the deep in her, calling the deep. He was calling her from out of the deep, to fill the soul. But she keep referring to a physical well.

16 Jesus saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither. 17 The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Jesus said unto her, Thou hast well said, I have no husband: 18 For thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly. 19 The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet. 20 Our fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship. 21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father. 22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. 23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. 25 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. 26 Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he. 27 And upon this came his disciples, and marvelled that he talked with the woman: yet no man said, What seekest thou? or, Why talkest thou with her? 28 The woman then left her waterpot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men, 29 Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Christ? 30 Then they went out of the city, and came unto him.

John 4:16-30

He was deep in her, looking deep, into the depths of her, seeing her real person, seeing the mask that she was wearing, findint out the her well was dry. She had not hope. He was telling her that her well would not go dry, because He would fill it. In our walk, are we deep with Christ like that, or are there still things in our lives we need to clear up? He was answering her spiritually, and she was asking Him naturally, but she caught it after a while. When He told her about herself, she told her whole village that He was the messiah. Its amazing how when the Lord comes into our lives, when we are hurting, asking for healing and restoration of our hearts, where no one understands, that we allow our injuries to be a burden to us. We don’t cast our cares on Jesus who cares for us. He won’t put anymore on us than we can bear without giving us a way of escape. He will show you the door. The question is do you want to take the door, or sit there and fight?

Its not easy facing who you really are. This woman at the well had issues, issues like a lot of us do. Jesus was sitting on the well, and telling her give Me water. She was dry inside, and in other words, Jesus was saying, give Me some life. But she had no life in her. She was telling Him about herself, not realizing she was talking about herself. She had nothing to pull out of herself. Its deep. In other words her hurt, pain and anguish was deep, and she had nothing to pull that deep thing that caused it out. So that is when the Lord said, He’d give her water that will never run dry, settling the issue that cause her hardship. She needed Him to fill her up to bring that mess out that was causing her to be what she was.

Christ is telling us that today too. The well is Him. He will never run dry. The main thing is Christ is asking for a deeper relationship. It goes beyond the normal surface relationship. You know the way to let the Lord know that you want a closer walk with Him? You’ll turn away from the things that you were doing wrong that cause Him to hurt. Change your life because you don’t like the bad things you do. You let this and that go, then the Lord will pursue you. You’ll be so tight with Him, that when someone sees you, they’ll see Him.

31 In the mean while his disciples prayed him, saying, Master, eat. 32 But he said unto them, I have meat to eat that ye know not of. 33 Therefore said the disciples one to another, Hath any man brought him ought to eat? 34 Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work. 35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. 36 And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together. 37 And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth. 38 I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours. 39 And many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him for the saying of the woman, which testified, He told me all that ever I did. 40 So when the Samaritans were come unto him, they besought him that he would tarry with them: and he abode there two days. 41 And many more believed because of his own word; 42 And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world.43 Now after two days he departed thence, and went into Galilee. 44 For Jesus himself testified, that a prophet hath no honour in his own country. 45 Then when he was come into Galilee, the Galilaeans received him, having seen all the things that he did at Jerusalem at the feast: for they also went unto the feast. 46 So Jesus came again into Cana of Galilee, where he made the water wine. And there was a certain nobleman, whose son was sick at Capernaum. 47 When he heard that Jesus was come out of Judaea into Galilee, he went unto him, and besought him that he would come down, and heal his son: for he was at the point of death. 48 Then said Jesus unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe. 49 The nobleman saith unto him, Sir, come down ere my child die. 50 Jesus saith unto him, Go thy way; thy son liveth. And the man believed the word that Jesus had spoken unto him, and he went his way. 51 And as he was now going down, his servants met him, and told him, saying, Thy son liveth. 52 Then enquired he of them the hour when he began to amend. And they said unto him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him. 53 So the father knew that it was at the same hour, in the which Jesus said unto him, Thy son liveth: and himself believed, and his whole house. 54 This is again the second miracle that Jesus did, when he was come out of Judaea into Galilee.

John 4:31-54

We’re all constantly getting water, getting fed, and He says the harvest is ripe, but where are the labours? They’re all inside getting fed. You can’t be wounded all the time. We tend to take the Word of God for granted, because we’re under Grace and Truth, and not under the Law and we tend to think we can do whatever we want. But He says He is God and changes not. If He says we shouldn’t kill, it means we should not kill. Our relationship with Christ has to be deeper than it has been. You don’t want a surface relationship. How do you know when you have a surface relationship with Jesus? By their fruit, they’re impatient, not kind, rude. You don’t know if they’re on a walk or journey. If you’re on a journey, your trying to discover. If you’re on a walk you know where you’re going. Those on a journey don’t have a relationship with Him, but the people on a walk do because they know where they are going. If you’re on a journey you’re out to discover something, but when you’re on a walk you know where you’re going. For the Children of God, we should know what our walk is and be secure in it. The problem with the Church today is that they are on a journey; a journey of discovery of who Jesus is—what He wants from us. A lot of us don’t know where we fit in, so we’re on journey.

We should play closer attention to all that God has for us in our walk, doing what He says, when He says, how He says, what time He says, and where He says. At all times be truthful with Jesus, because He knows already, and also be truthful with others too. The Bible says to stop living to gain what is in this world and tell the truth.

25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.

Ephesians 4:25

Its Time to Come Clean

Come clean with your life and walk.

I believe that this idea of keeping secret has lead us to a time where men have enslaved other men. Keeping secret has lead to an indifference between mankind and womankind, in so much that today’s generation is having gender identity problems. Whereas some men are confused of what gender they are, and women are in the same quandary of what sex they are. Society isn’t any better, teaching that it is alright to choose either sex, because its all about one thing: you. That is serious. Because its all about loving the one you want to be with and have a family with. This is a secret that a lot keep in the proverbial closet. Others may say swept under the carpet, out of the sight of normal thinking.

When most kids at a younger age go through an identity crisis, and ask their parents whether they are a girl or boy, no one corrects that issue right then and there in their lives. You don’t let that thing go unchecked and unanswered. Instead of sitting the child down and talking to them, you overlook it, and say things like “they’ll grow out of it,” or “they’ll get over it.” An unattended wound will become seriously infected causing trauma to the body. If you don’t give the individual a good truthful and sound understanding of what their concerns are, they will seek advice from an unwarranted source such as friends, family, peer groups—-and if that doesn’t work, they seek the advice of society. If society is already skewed, then they will cater to what you love. A skewed society will tell you that is according to Biblical principles, but they don’t live by the Bible. Or it may be by the latest fad, clothing, shoes, or what is presented on social media. Why are so many people on Facebook? They want to be seen, heard, and pull out information for their lives that may pertain to them. Facebook is a good and bad thing. It can bring all the bad people together, and they will cause a movement and cause other people to listen to what they’re saying.

If you have certain sexual desires after the same gender you are, and you know that is not productive, why do you seek advice from the same people? People will heap to themselves teachers after their flesh. I’ll go around people who talk about the mess that I want to stay in. But the Lord came to set the captives free, but they don’t even know what freedom is. You cannot go about as a Child of God thinking you’re one thing, and living the life of another, because you’re living a lie. The Lord sees what is going on in your walk. Its time to come clean.

Another secret people tend to keep undercover are diseases and sickness in their family. Another secret is traditionalism. The is on such tradition that allows the father of the groom to consummate his son’s marriage before the son does. Another secret is ritualism in taking the lives of other people to become a part of a family. The Bible says don’t be unequally yoked.

In this year of 2019, the Lord has given me a concern and warning to the people of God.

2For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known. Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops. And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.

Luke 12:2-5

The leaders and followers of Jesus Christ are leading a double life. This is the time of revealing of your Christian life, if you’re not laid before His feet. We are Christians, and as such, followers of Christ. If we don’t take the time to get the mess in our lives worked out, it will be revealed in public, and those who look for the validation of people will be devastated. If you are 60, 70 years old, you’ve had enough time to get mess right in your life. Many Pastors and leadership have mess in their lives, and have been keeping it hid, and the Lord has given them every opportunity to clear it up. Since they did not, the Lord is going to put their junk on front street, and they will be ran over. He’s said so in His word. Its really scary because people like hiding mess—–keeping secrets. You have the little groups in the Church that whisper, and the Lord is saying all that mess that is in your groups, it will be known out publicly before everyone, and you’ll reap the fruits of your labour of that. The Lord says enough is enough, and He is tired of it. He has leaders who are braggadocios about getting money from offerings, elevating themselves and not giving glory to Christ. The Lord is tired of that! Its those hidden things that we say are ok, and we walk around and say we are Christian; adulterers against our own lovers. Some are holding onto secrets because they fear for their lives. The Lord says don’t fear the one who can kill our body, but at the end not only our bodies will die, but our souls will burn in hell. Not for 4 days, not for 2 years, but for an eternity. Don’t fear people because of what they may say about you because you’re not keeping up with them and going under their auspices.

And it came to pass afterward, that he went throughout every city and village, preaching and shewing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God: and the twelve were with him,And certain women, which had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary called Magdalene, out of whom went seven devils,And Joanna the wife of Chuza Herod’s steward, and Susanna, and many others, which ministered unto him of their substance. And when much people were gathered together, and were come to him out of every city, he spake by a parable:A sower went out to sow his seed: and as he sowed, some fell by the way side; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it.And some fell upon a rock; and as soon as it was sprung up, it withered away, because it lacked moisture. And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprang up with it, and choked it.And other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bare fruit an hundredfold. And when he had said these things, he cried, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. And his disciples asked him, saying, What might this parable be?10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand.11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.12 Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.13 They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.14 And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection.15 But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.16 No man, when he hath lighted a candle, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but setteth it on a candlestick, that they which enter in may see the light.17 For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad.18 Take heed therefore how ye hear: for whosoever hath, to him shall be given; and whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he seemeth to have.19 Then came to him his mother and his brethren, and could not come at him for the press.20 And it was told him by certain which said, Thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to see thee.21 And he answered and said unto them, My mother and my brethren are these which hear the word of God, and do it.

Luke 8:1-21

Your brother is not just anyone in the world, but those who hear the Word of God are. This is how some people in the Church are. They talk a good game of Christianity, but they don’t belong to Jesus. If you are talking about Jesus and salvation, and not walking it, then it will be uncovered. Everyone talks about Jesus this or Jesus that…but are they real. Everyone wants to be a Christian when its the thing to do. This year, revealing is going to happen big time. As the Lord said, everyone is not your brother and sister in Christ. In the last days, many will come to Him and say they’ve done wonderful works for Him; fed the poor, fought the wicked, healed the sick. But it was all for their own glory, none of it went to Him. He will say depart from Me.

32 The men of Nineve shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.33 No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light.34 The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.35 Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.36 If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.37 And as he spake, a certain Pharisee besought him to dine with him: and he went in, and sat down to meat.38 And when the Pharisee saw it, he marvelled that he had not first washed before dinner.39 And the Lord said unto him, Now do ye Pharisees make clean the outside of the cup and the platter; but your inward part is full of ravening and wickedness.

Luke 11:32-39

If the fire of God is in your life, do you not go about to show it because you’re afraid of what people will think of you? A lot of people talk a good game, but they can’t play it. By their fruits you shall know them. You try to clean yourself up on the outside, but on the inside, you’re jacked up. The Pharisees hearts were cold as ice, but they were willing to sacrifice. Ones hands can be washed, but can your soul be washed—– from the bitterness and evil you’re in? We all need to clean up all the loose ends in our life and walk upright. Even those things we keep secret around others before its too late, and God exposes them all.
